There's nothing wrong with your willpower.

You just need to honor your physiology.

Hi! My name is Georgia,

I am a personal trainer and holistic nutritionist who helps people optimize their health through food, movement and lifestyle strategies that are enjoyable and sustainable.

I love nothing more than working one on one with people who are motivated to make a change, but are overwhelmed or not sure where to start.

I also love working with people who are already healthy and want to identify tweaks that can be made to enhance their lifestyle.

I grew up in the arts, playing piano, singing, dancing and performing from a young age. Though I grew up in a health conscious, vegetarian household, it wasn’t until college when I found myself in a competitive music school that I really began to see the value in taking care of myself. It was there that I discovered the only way for me to stay sane was to carve out time from a busy schedule to cook nourishing meals, walk outside, workout and sleep a full 8 hours, despite the culture of all-nighters that surrounded me.

These principles carried me through a brief stint in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles, though food and exercise weren’t enough to keep me whole when my career did not feel in alignment with the life I wanted.

A huge believer in following your bliss, I have since been led down a road of work and education in the health, fitness and mental health industries.

I am a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor holding certifications from NASM, Precision Nutrition and Bauman College and have completed coursework in psychology, pre/post natal, kettlebells, triggerpoint performance therapy and pain-free performance.

I also recently graduated from a culinary program at Cambridge School of Culinary arts in Cambridge, MA which will allow me to combine my love of nutrition with my love of cooking. I have a few exciting projects in the works for that so stay tuned for more info!

You might have a demanding work schedule or home life, or perhaps you have had a tumultuous and exhausting relationship with food and exercise and want to find a way that actually feels doable for you in the long term.

By incorporating more nutrient dense, anti-inflammatory foods while training smart, improving sleep and managing stress, I guide you in living in a way that honors your body’s physiology,

making healthy living feel easy.

I've worked with a number of injuries and conditions, such as:

– low back pain
– PMS
– fertility issues
– mood instability
– blood-sugar imbalances
– weight management
– perimenopause/menopause
– digestive issues

No matter where you are in relationship to health and body, I meet you there and we work on it together!

I think it's worth noting that it hasn't all been easy for me.

I empathize deeply with my clients because I, too, have struggled with mysterious health issues, periods of stress, body image and overwhelm given all of the conflicting information and subliminal messaging we are exposed to daily. I don’t like to see people suffering in an area which has so much potential to bring us joy, and it is my top priority to guide them in making lifestyle changes that are effective while feeling authentic to them. I avoid complacency at all costs and am in a constant state of learning, experimenting and growing.
