I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer and certified Yoga Instructor who believes in the powerful influence that nutrition, intelligent movement and mindfulness have on every aspect of our lives. I take a holistic and compassionate approach to wellness, focusing on each client's unique set of needs and strengths and gently guiding them to make the changes necessary to reach their goals.
Prior to launching a career in health and wellness, I earned a BS in Film Scoring at Berklee College of Music and lived in Los Angeles scoring music for film and television. What started as a casual affinity for cooking, exercise and all things healthy living led me to pursue a career in the ever rewarding field of health and fitness. I worked as a personal trainer to elite members of the entertainment industry for several years until recently moving back to Boston.

...it guides you to find YOUR BEST RELATIONSHIP WITH EXERCISE
...and you end up LOOKING AMAZING as a result of all these very nourishing elements.
Finally, it is a LIFE LONG PRACTICE which you will develop with my guidance, support and education.
