W H A T I S K I N D M O V E M E N T ?
I often find myself reaching for the word "kindness" when it comes to my training philosophy. What that tends to bring to mind is easy, underwhelming movements. However my version of it is very different.
Kind exercise is the appropriate amount of CHALLENGING
...it is EFFICIENT and EFFECTIVE
...it is INTELLIGENTLY PROGRAMMED for your specific personality, goals and needs
...it makes you FEEL GOOD and MOVE BETTER
...it keeps the BIG PICTURE in mind
...it teaches you BODY AWARENESS and what it truly means to LISTEN to your body
...over time you learn when to KEEP SHOWING UP and when to TAKE A STEP BACK
...it guides you to find YOUR BEST RELATIONSHIP WITH EXERCISE
...and you end up LOOKING AMAZING as a result of all these very nourishing elements.
Finally, it is a LIFE LONG PRACTICE which you will develop with my guidance, support and education.
